I took a moment on Thursday after a client and sat in Mary’s rose garden around 4:45pm. The garden is a little corner of the parking lot, large enough to host a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and what may actually be 50 different roses planted. There’s enough room for me to sit, or two skinny people to stand, and despite it being in the parking lot, it’s secluded, quiet and prayerful. Fifteen minutes in Mary’s garden was long enough to leave the thoughts of 18 kids behind, and have some prayerfulness.
I want to be a weed in Your cultivated garden.
